I've seen people using the word faithful to manipulate situations and people. Using it even in a way to take credit for themselves. GOD is faithful, not merely a character trait.
Being born of HIS incorruptible seed I should be faithful as HE is. JESUS said; "Be holy" In this there is no space for growing into 'holy'. Because of HIM we are 'be holy'.
Do I say this because I am so great in accomplishing holiness? No, no and no again.
HE has done it all.
HE made me, HE brought the salvation plan, HE fulfilled that plan, HE saw me, HE saved me, HE intercedes for me, HE lives in me and HE tells me how I should live.
The more I live that I am nothing the more I will display being faithful. Again not because I have achieved it, but because of grace.
